All the fresh fish sold at our fish market are sourced “today.”
Our fish buyers personally participate in the auctions, purchasing fish directly every morning.
We primarily source local fish from the Saiki Fish Market and Tsurumi Fish Market in Oita Prefecture, with some fish also coming from the Oita City Fish Market.
By carefully selecting the best quality fish, we ensure that every part is enjoyed using our dedicated cooking methods.
This is the reason both your eyes and your stomach will be filled with happiness.
Saiki-produced authentic bluefin tuna is renowned for its excellent color and meat quality.
At our store, we purchase whole tuna and serve rare cuts, such as the head meat and cheek meat, at our fresh fish shop and eat-in corner.
Thanks to the expertise of professionals who have been handling tuna for years, we are able to offer top-quality sushi toppings and ready-made dishes for you to enjoy.
In the eat-in corner on the second floor, local customers share time with friends, and on weekends, the space is bustling with families of tourists. It’s a place that can be easily enjoyed in various settings.
The sushi loose-sale corner, where you can choose one piece at a time, is like a little entertainment experience.
Enjoy the reliable seafood that fuels your energy and shares happiness!
